Why we exist.
Most AI projects never reach production. Not because the models are weak, but because nobody stays long enough to make them survive contact with a real operation.
We started Momentem after building AI into our own businesses and finding that the hard part was never the prompt. It was the exception nobody documented, the approval that takes three days, the field that means two different things in two systems.
So we work the other way round. Before anyone writes code we understand the operation properly: where the money leaks, which decisions are actually hard, what your systems can and cannot do. Then we build against that, in your environment, with your team on the commits and the code in your repository from day one. Senior engineers going in alongside your people is part of how that happens, not the whole of it.
When the system is running and your team can change it without us, we’ve done the job. That’s the whole model.
