Momentem, a Gridwork company. momentem.ae is operated by Gridwork Ltd, registered in RAK Innovation City, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, incorporated on 15 May 2026, with its registered office at Office A, Innovation City Business Center, Al Rifaa, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
Our operations are in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Using this site means accepting what follows. If you do not accept it, please do not use the site.
Using this site
Use it for what it is for: to find out what we do and to get in touch. You may read, quote with attribution, and share anything published here.
Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, do not scrape it at a rate a person could not, and do not use our chat agent to generate content unrelated to working with us. The chat endpoint costs us money per message, which is why it is rate limited.
Laik cannot commit us
Laik is an AI agent. It is helpful and it is usually right, but it is generating language, not exercising authority.
- Nothing Laik says is an offer, a quote, a price, a warranty or a commitment on our part, and nothing you say to it forms a contract with us.
- It can hold a slot in an engineer’s calendar. That is an appointment, not an agreement to do work.
- If Laik tells you something that turns out to be wrong, the position is what a person from Momentem confirms in writing, and we will correct it without argument.
A person reads everything that comes through Laik. If you would rather deal only with a person, say so and you will.
Engagements are separate
Nothing on this site, and no conversation begun through it, creates a contract to do work. Engagements begin with a written agreement that sets out scope, price, timing, ownership and confidentiality. Until that is signed, there is no engagement.
Where anything on this page conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the agreement governs.
Content and accuracy
The material here reflects what we have found building production systems. It is written to be genuinely useful rather than to sell, which means some of it says that AI is the wrong tool for a problem.
It is general, not advice about your situation, and the numbers in it come from our own work and from cited public research. It can go out of date. Do not make a material decision on the strength of a web page without talking to somebody, ideally us.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Third-party names and marks shown to describe the technologies we work with belong to their owners, and their appearance here indicates familiarity, not endorsement or partnership.
Quote us with attribution and a link. Do not republish substantial parts as your own, and do not use our name or marks in a way that implies we have endorsed you.
What we build for a client during an engagement is a different question entirely, and the answer is that the client owns it. That is set out in the agreement.
Third-party links and services
We link out where it is useful, and parts of this site rely on services run by others: scheduling, chat and email among them. We choose them carefully and hold them to contracts, but we do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their availability.
Availability and liability
We do not promise the site will be available uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data, arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
These limits apply to the website. Liability under an engagement is dealt with in that agreement, where it is negotiated properly rather than posted on a page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The date at the top tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, and the courts with jurisdiction there will hear any dispute about them. This does not remove a consumer protection you have where you live.
